What are the “Private Label'' products?

The “Private Label” products are a custom-made production developed according to personal needs and requirements. Often such products are intended for personal branding and sales. As a manufacturer, we can establish different product lines or single products fast and effectively.

What is the duration of cosmetic product formula development?

Usually, it takes from 4 to 12 weeks to fully develop, test, and establish a new cosmetics product formula. The duration depends on the difficulty of the project and the customer’s needs.

Which tests necessarily have to be done before launching a product to market?

Before launching the product on the market, stability evaluation of antimicrobial protection, microbiological, and dermatological tests have to be completed.

How long does it take to test the product and prepare the documents?

After the confirmation of the formula of the new cosmetic, the testing duration takes up to 60 working days, while the preparation of cosmetics product information files - is within 10 working days.

Are there any already prepared cosmetic product formulas?

Yes, we can offer standard formulas and an opportunity to modify them according to personal needs.

Is it allowed to use my ingredients in order to create a cosmetics formula?

Yes! But don’t forget all the necessary documentation including the safety data sheet and ingredient quality confirmation.

What ingredients are being used in the cosmetics we produce?

We use only the finest, high-quality, and most environmental-friendly ingredients from industry-leading manufacturers in Europe and the UK

.Does our production meet the reglament of cosmetics?

We are a responsible supplier, so we take care of the European cosmetics regulatory procedure. Also, we upload all Your Brand’s products to the EU cosmetics portal if Your sales market is in Europe.

What crucial and relevant information or warnings have to take place on the labels of the products?

Don’t worry, we are always providing all the necessary icons and information that has to be placed on the labels of Your products.

Can I use my own containers for cosmetics products?

Yes. For an additional fee, we will bottle cosmetic products in your containers.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for individual products?

The minimum order quantity is from 500 to 1000 pieces.

What is the difference between the production date, expiration date, and period after opening (PAO)?

Production date - a date, when the batch of the cosmetic products was manufactured. Often the production date can be found on the product packaging.An expiration date is the last day that a consumable cosmetics product is at its best quality. Expired cosmetics products cannot be used anymore. The expiration date has to be indicated only for cosmetics that expire in no less than 30 months after being produced. The expiration date must be printed on a package of a product with an arrangement of month/year, or day/month/year. E.g Exp. 09/23 means that it is safe to use the product only until September of 2023. If the product expiration date is longer than 30 months, it probably won’t be printed at all. Nevertheless, it can't be used for longer than 3 years.Period after opening (PAO) - this indicator is marked as a small icon of an open cosmetics container with a number and the letter “M”. The number in an icon indicates the possible time of use after its opening.

What are the possible consequences of using the expired product?

An expired cosmetic product loses its essential properties. Also, the product may change its appearance, color, or smell. In the worst case, a cosmetic product can cause skin irritation, dermatitis, allergic reactions, or even an infection.
